Take-Home Stress Reduction for Caregivers
Mindfulness meditation is a practical, simple method of calming our bodies and minds. Workshop style sessions for people caring for a family member with long-term disability. Two 2 hour sessions helps caregivers find ways to integrate meditation techniques into everyday tasks. Each class includes 1/2 hour full-body relaxation.
